HOW TO MEASURE:

Chest: To obtain accurate measurements, position the measuring tape securely and evenly across the shoulder blades, just below the arms.

Waist: To obtain accurate measurements, measure around your waistline at its natural position.
- Sleeve: To obtain accurate measurements of the length of the arm, bend and relax it at the side, then measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the point of the shoulder, and down the outside of the arm to the wrist.
