Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RaveClave. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@raveclave.com to receive a return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that additional fees such as shipping, handling, delivery and transaction fees and alike are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve the matter.
